To make a booking, please telephone the Booking Secretary on 01905 748036. A booking form and a calendar indicating availability are provided. The calendar will show only the confirmed bookings. If you do not want to download the form, the Booking Secretary will be pleased to send one to you by post. If you download the booking form, please complete it and post it to the Booking Secretary, whose address is given on the form. Please note that we leave 1 hour between bookings. If you hire the hall on a regular basis for a group meeting place, you will get a page on our website to advertise your meetings and activities. There is no charge for this. Should you have your own website, then we can link to it from your page here.
Parties and large events. Please note that we ask for a returnable deposit in the form of a £50.00 cheque, against any untoward damage sustained, or extra cleaning that may be required after your event. This is to be paid at the time of booking, and will not be cashed without prior discussion with you.
